Unfortunately, you cannot move applications from one drive to another using the Drag and Drop feature. I strongly recommend you to reinstall the software to the new directory. Also, you can use utilities like Windows Application Mover, Steam Mover, or Application Mover. The last one is free of charge and very simple to use. Once you install and launch it, you only need to specify the Current Path and the New Path of the program and click OK. The software will move the application and update the registry entries automatically.
